EXPERIENCE
I offer compassionate wellbeing support and intuitive guidance for women and children, backed by extensive experience in mental health and community support.
I currently work in primary schools, providing emotional and wellbeing guidance to students.
​
I specialise in grief and loss, anxiety and mindfulness-based practices. I also offer intuitive tarot card readings for clarity and empowerment during times of change.
My holistic approach may also include Reiki, art-based practices and Lomi Lomi massage, creating a personalised healing experience for mind, body and spirit.

WHY I CALLED MY BUSINESS SUNFLOWERS & SUNSHINE?
I chose sunflowers for my logo because of their deep connection to Mother Nature.
These vibrant flowers naturally turn their faces toward the sun, symbolising adoration, loyalty and longevity. Sunflowers are also a representation of happiness, positivity and strength — their bright, cheerful presence can lift the spirit and remind us to focus on life’s brighter side.
At Sunflowers & Sunshine, I hope to create a space where you, too, can shine bright, find balance and nurture your wellbeing.
